Every situation is unique, and we offer different methods of damage restoration to bring your home or business into its original state as quickly as possible. We categorize each incident by the amount of damage and type of water involved in each occurrence.

  • Category 1 – Involves clean or white water which is pumped into your home from an outside source such as local city water supplier. In this category, the damage is typically caused by leaky faucets, pumps, washers and overflowing sinks and bathtubs. White water typically does not carry any harmful bacteria and is safe for the occupants of the home. Left unattended for 48 hours, white water may fall into Category 2.
  • Category 2 –This category consists of damage caused by gray water that has not been in contact with human waste. It includes waste water dispensed from bathtubs, showers, sinks and dishwashers. Category 2 damage occurs when one of these appliances malfunctions and causes flooding. Gray water may pose some health risks as it typically contains fair amounts of contamination.
  • Category 3 – Encompasses discharge of black water from sewage. It may contain chemicals, animal feces and ground debris. Black water is usually highly contaminated by numerous disease-causing toxins and is hazardous in nature.

Our water damage service representatives will assess the amount of damage and offer you all possible options of treatment. We then begin to drain the water, dry the structure, sanitize it and decontaminate it. All affected areas may be deodorized to further curb the effects of water damage. The property is re-evaluated within the next few days to monitor the progress and continue the treatment until its completion.
